We wish you a Merry Christmas xxx
Happy Christmas everyone – Christmas Eve tomorrow so thought I’d let you know I will be taking a break now until the New Year.
This has been as action packed year... I don’t know about you but where does the time go?
I work full time as a footwear & accessories technologist so Enid and Me Jewellery is a chance that I cherish to be creative and then share that with you lovely people.
So, another Christmas with Covid looming large. Fortunately, I got the chance to visit my folks & sister in France a couple of weeks ago – just before France decided to stop us being able to travel there.
Facetime is a wonderful thing but as it has been almost 2 years since I saw them in the flesh – it was amazing to give them a squeeze.
The rollercoaster of a year started with my fixed term contract finishing as it started – in lockdown…
My niece came to stay all the way from New York- which was a treat – she was with us for a few months – if you visited us at the Keston Village Hall LK Pop up fayre in July you will have met her there.
Registered my hallmark a bit of a milestone for me.
I finally launched my website – www.enidandmejewellery.com so if you haven’t checked it out already, please do. If you have received this blog, you will have subscribed – thank you... you can claim your 10% discount off your first purchase on line.
I had the pleasure of making some amazing pieces as gifts – here are a few of them.
Our world was rocked When Sid had a slipped disc in the summer & needed surgery… We are so lucky that he has fully recovered but it was a few months of constant worry. Let's hope it never happens again – unfortunately it is very common with dachshunds so fingerescrossed.
I managed to do a few more fayres this year which was great and I took part in the Catford Arts Trail for the first time.
– making some new friends – always a pleasure – if you are Instagram check them out –

The last fayre of the year was amazing & very local for me – in the Mansion in Beckenham Place Park. I love it there. We walk our dog Sid there everyday so to have the chance to have a stall there is always a pleasure.
I don’t have any fayres booked yet for 2022 but will keep you updated asap.
As you will already be aware I named my brand after my grandmother – 22nd Dec would have been her birthday. We nearly always spent the Christmas week with her so that included her birthday – I have very fond memories of those times..
